At the Center, we believe that effective treatment for substance use disorder and mental health issues thrives in a collaborative atmosphere. Our multidisciplinary team, which includes Medical Directors, Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselors, Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses, Mental Health Professionals, ,Patient Navigators, and support staff, works closely together to provide comprehensive care for our clients.
Our various programs, ranging from Detox & Withdrawal Management to Inpatient Residential Treatment and Outpatient services, are integrated to provide seamless transitions of care. This ensures that every client receives holistic care tailored to their unique needs.
Our teams participate in regular case reviews and multidisciplinary team meetings, allowing us to share insights, discuss treatment strategies, and refine our approaches to ensure the best outcomes for those we serve.
We prioritize an environment of mutual support and ongoing education. Our staff members are encouraged to share knowledge, attend training sessions, and participate in workshops, fostering personal and professional growth.
We provide tuition assistance for those interested in pursuing clinical careers such as a nurse or counselor. As well provide specific hours for education and development. We work locally with colleges to create education opportunites for rotating students and internship opportunities that prepare those entering the health and human services field.
