Located in Duluth, MN, we are a nonprofit agency dedicated to assisting people seeking recovery from substance use and mental health disorders. We believe in meeting patients where they are at in their recovery journey and implements harm reduction strategies as well as more traditional approaches to treatment. Our employment opportunities encompass clinical and non-clinical roles within programs, administrative support, and as a part of our finance teams.     At the Center, we believe that effective treatment for substance use disorder and mental health issues thrives in a collaborative atmosphere. Our multidisciplinary team, which includes Medical Directors, Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselors, Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses, Mental Health Professionals, ,Patient Navigators, and support staff, works closely together to provide comprehensive care for our clients.


    Our various programs, ranging from Detox & Withdrawal Management to Inpatient Residential Treatment and Outpatient services, are integrated to provide seamless transitions of care. This ensures that every client receives holistic care tailored to their unique needs.


    Our teams participate in regular case reviews and multidisciplinary team meetings, allowing us to share insights, discuss treatment strategies, and refine our approaches to ensure the best outcomes for those we serve.

    We prioritize an environment of mutual support and ongoing education. Our staff members are encouraged to share knowledge, attend training sessions, and participate in workshops, fostering personal and professional growth.


    We provide tuition assistance for those interested in pursuing clinical careers such as a nurse or counselor. As well provide specific hours for education and development. We work locally with colleges to create education opportunites for rotating students and internship opportunities that prepare those entering the health and human services field. 


    The Center loves to promote internally and as we continue to expand our services, there are always more doors opening for those interested in working with us.
