CADT Announces Promotions

Julia Durst promoted to Program Director for Outpatient Services.
Laurie Hull appointed to Director of Health Services.

The Center for Alcohol and Drug Treatment (CADT) announces the promotion of Julia Durst to Program Director for Outpatient Services, as well as the appointment of Laurie Hull to Director of Health Services.


Julia Durst

Durst has been a clinical assistant with CADT since 2008. She has a master’s degree in art therapy from the University of Wisconsin–Superior. She is also a licensed alcohol and drug counselor with a certification in chemical dependency from Fond du Lac Tribal and Community College. As program director for Outpatient Services, Durst will be responsible for training, coaching, directing, evaluating and supervising CADT’s licensed alcohol and drug counselors and interns.


Laurie Hull

Hull was appointed to a new position at CADT as Director of Health Services. She has a bachelor of arts degree in management from The College of St. Scholastica. Hull has been a licensed practical nurse at CADT since 1999 and is currently completing requirements to become a licensed alcohol and drug counselor. Her responsibilities will include the development of CADT’s Medication Assisted Recovery Clinic, as well as supervising and overseeing all health-related services to clients throughout CADT.

The Center for Alcohol and Drug Treatment is a nonprofit community agency founded in 1961 that provides treatment and recovery services for people with chemical use addiction and the problems associated with drug and alcohol abuse and gambling problems. Its programs include residential inpatient treatment; outpatient treatment; a detoxification facility; DWI programs and medically assisted recovery; as well as long-term residential programs and aftercare.
